Human Resource Associate

We have a full time benefit eligible position in our Human Resources department as a Human Resources Associate. The HR Associate is an important member of the HR Team. The HR Associate is responsible for the implementation of HR processes while maintaining confidentiality of all agency and department information. The HR Associate is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and agency responsibilities.

Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in HR Management/Business Management or any bachekiors, performing HR-related activities, including employee and candidates record keeping, assisting with payroll submission, benefits administration and candidates databases management;
  • Proficiency in MS office and particularly – in Excel is a must;
  • Hands-on knowledge of the human resource processes and flows in a corporate structure, as well as basic knowledge and awareness of employment legislation;
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms, such as ADP TS, Paychex, time and attendance tracking systems is a major plus;
  • Impeccable corporate ethics and professional integrity, proven ability to deal with confidential matters, with appriopriate discretion;
  • Ability to multitask, handling large volumes of data, delivering the results within sharp deadlines.
What we Expect from you?
  • Assist with the full cycle recruitment process including advertising, screening, reference and background checks etc., and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and support for internal customers
  • Process employee status changes, promotions, and terminations
  • Perform day to day HR responsibilities including tracking employee performance evaluation completion, HRIS data entry, filing, onboarding, and supporting employees with HR related inquiries and concerns
  • Develop reports and provide analytics as necessary
  • Ensure employee compliance with Regulatory Training and other position required trainings
What you've got?
A Bachelor’s degree in related field or any bachelors with related work experience , Well organized and self-motivated with ability to work under pressure, while prioritizing and managing multiple tasks.Experience supporting multiple managers and providing support to a larger organization. Ability to present information in a variety of ways and adapt to the specific audience.Ability to maintain confidentiality in all situations, Ability to successfully work and promote inclusiveness in small groups A can-do attitude with a customer service focused approach.
